SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Adam Loew – President 

Prior to joining J. Loew & Associates in 2011, Adam worked for Prologis, the world’s largest operator of industrial distribution facilities with over 43 billion in assets under management. While at Prologis, Adam was responsible for the management of a seven million square foot industrial portfolio of real estate assets in Houston, TX. He completed more than seven million square feet of leasing transactions during his six year tenure with the company.

Adam holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.

Richard Miller – Chief Financial Officer

Rich has served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of our companies since April 1999. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Rich is responsible for managing all debt relationships, finance and accounting operations, risk management, and human resources for all our affiliated companies. Rich brings over twenty-five years of real estate financial and analytical expertise to assist in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities for the firm.

Prior to Joining J. Loew and Associates, Rich spent eleven years as controller and CFO in the real estate industry and six years in public accounting, where he was involved in all aspects of audit and taxation for the firm’s clients. Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
